PERSONNEL GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Goal:  Recruit, hire and retain only highly qualified, certified professional personnel

Objectives:

1. Increase the diversity of professional staff at all levels throughout the School System.
    

2. Continue to maintain staffing levels in relation to student enrollment, and state and federal funding.
