EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT
The Vernon Parish School Board shall reimburse employees for expenses incurred while on official Board business, subject to budgetary limitations. Such reimbursement shall be in accordance with pertinent regulations and procedures governing the reimbursement of expense as the Superintendent and/or his/her staff may establish. No reimbursement shall be made in cases where proper regulation and procedures were not adhered to.
Travel rates and meal reimbursements limits for employees and School Board members shall be in accordance with rates authorized by the Louisiana Travel Guide.
