FISCAL MANAGEMENT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

BUDGET

Goal:   Reflect sound fiscal planning.

Objectives:

1. Aggressively seek federal aid from Louisiana delegation in Washington, DC for facility improvement to assist local Districts.
    

2. Ensure revenues exceed expenses to maintain balanced budget.
    

3. Aggressively seek state aid for facility improvement.
    

4. Reduce overall operational costs by maximizing school facilities and consolidating were possible.
